Colorado Rockies Baseball in Tucson!

I thought this was interesting - you could read a lot into it perhaps, but it was practice and training. The talk down there was World Series, they say they now have the foundation to make it. Time will tell!

I don't know if you could find a more spectacular sight than this - snow in the mountains, palm trees and baseball field in the foreground! So pretty. The Rockies will move to the Phoenix area next year for Spring Training.

Ways of Catching Up!

Since I haven't been "blogging" like I should, or like I want to - I will catch up with pictures! Some of the lovely weather we have had this winter, at least since the first of the year!

Jarred Flying High!!

Oh my - look at that plane, coming over the hill, close to our house!! How exciting!

Hi Jarred!! As Jarred's Uncle Nick Bellino flies him around the area, they "buzz" our house!

Jarred asked if I saw him, well, I was too busy taking pictures to "see" him, but it was sure exciting to stand out there and wave at the airplane going overhead!!!! Felt like I was 12-years old again! Wonder what the neighbors thought???!!

Heading South!

Will we miss this??? Ha - Not on your life!!

Ahhhh, finally we see something that looks like NO SNOW!! We left Colorado and traveled far south before we felt safe from snow! This was taken at Hatch, NM.

Raton Pass, the fog had lifted, leaving behind a winter wonderland! But the next storm was right over the ridge!

Raton Pass, Frosted, Beautiful! The clouds are the beginning of the next storm that eventually closed the pass behind us! Don't stop - head south!

Pueblo Reservoir, 2010

Jacob at the Res! These shots were sent to me from Jenny's phone! The reservoir is a mere 16 feet from going over the spill. They say they will release water before it spills...

What a beautiful sight!

Don't think most have ever seen the Reservoir with this much water in it. It's really full for only being the first of April!
