When it rains, and the sun hits the drops, we have a "Rainbow": When rain does NOT hit the ground, it's called Virga, so IF sun hits Virga - is it call a Virgabow??
An incredible sunrise taken from Coal Creek about July 15th, 2010.
We had a pretty good forest fire going the first of the month, last of June. It was located just past the Royal Gorge, but this was the smoke from our location in Coal Creek. Heavy smoke could be seen for miles.
